3.Packing below stem thread isolates the thread lubricant from the media
4.Back seating design protects the packing in fully open position

NAI-LOK BA/EP Grade SS316L Elbow Fittings is designed for ultra high purity gas and fluid systems where cleanliness and corrosion resistance are critical. Manufactured to ASTM BPE standards and finished with BA (Bright Annealed) or EP (Electropolished) internal surface treatment, this elbow fitting ensures a smooth, crevice-free flow path ideal for sensitive applications in semiconductor, biopharmaceutical, and high-purity gas industries.
The 90-degree elbow provides directional change while maintaining a secure, permanent welded connection. It is fabricated from 316L stainless steel with low sulfur content for excellent weldability and minimal contamination risk.
