NAI-LOK 1 Inch Super Duplex 2507 Forged Monoflange Class 1500 Double Block and Bleed Valve for Marine
The NAI-LOK 1 Inch Super Duplex 2507 Forged Monoflange Class 1500 Double Block and Bleed Valve for Marine are designed for reliable isolation, venting, and pressure control in demanding process and instrumentation systems.
Manufactured from Stainless Steel 2507, these monoflange valves combine a block valve and a bleed valve into a compact design, reducing the number of leak paths while improving safety and efficiency. With a 6000psi pressure rating, the valves are suitable for low to medium pressure process applications in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical processing, and power generation.
The 2-way manifold design ensures accurate flow control while minimizing installation space. Each valve is engineered for high integrity sealing, easy operation, and long service life under harsh working environments.
Product Description:
1.Press up to 10000psig (414bar) for standard stainless steel body
2.Temperature for PTFE packing from -65°F to 450°F (-54°C to 232°C)
Temperature for Grafoil packing from -65°F to 1200°F (-54°C to 649°C)
3.Packing below stem thread isolates the thread lubricant from the media
