Product Description

The NAI-LOK 316 Stainless Steel 3-Way Valve Manifold is designed for high-pressure instrumentation systems, offering reliable performance at 6000 psi. Engineered from SS316 stainless steel, the valve manifold provides excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and leak-tight sealing, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments.

This 3-way manifold valve is widely used with Rosemount and other differential pressure transmitters for accurate measurement, calibration, and isolation of process fluids. The design enables isolation, equalization, and venting functions, ensuring safe and efficient process control.

Applications include oil & gas, chemical processing, power generation, and instrumentation systems, where precise pressure control and durability are essential.

1.Press up to 10000psig (414bar) for standard stainless steel body
2.Temperature for PTFE packing from -65°F to 450°F (-54°C to 232°C)
   Temperature for Grafoil packing from -65°F to 1200°F (-54°C to 649°C)
3.Packing below stem thread isolates the thread lubricant from the media
4.Back seating design protects the packing in fully open position
5.Non-rotating stem tip
