Product Overview
The NAI-LOK Double-Ended Sample Cylinder is a high-performance sampling device designed for demanding industrial applications. Featuring 1/2" and 1/4" female NPT connections, this cylinder ensures secure and leak-proof fluid sampling in high-pressure and corrosive environments. Constructed from special alloys and duplex steel, it delivers exceptional resistance to corrosion, erosion, and extreme temperatures, making it ideal for oil & gas, chemical processing, petrochemical, and power generation industries.
Key Features
Double-Ended Design - Allows easy filling and draining with 1/2" and 1/4" female NPT ports for flexible integration into sampling systems.
High-Performance Materials - Available in special alloys (Inconel®, Hastelloy®, Monel®) and duplex/super duplex steel (UNS S31803, S32750, S32760) for superior corrosion resistance.
Extreme Durability - Engineered to withstand high-pressure, high-temperature (HPHT) conditions, sour service (HS), and aggressive media.
Precision Machining - Smooth internal finish minimizes contamination risk, ensuring accurate and representative fluid samples.
Reliable Sealing - Compatible with PTFE, Grafoil®, or metal gaskets for leak-free performance in critical applications.
