NAI-LOK High Pressure Instrumentation Valve 3 Way Stainless Steel Manifold 6000 psi for Chemical Plant
The NAI-LOK High Pressure 6000 psi Stainless Steel 3 Way Block and Bleed Valve Manifold for Instrumentation is designed for direct mounting with pressure gauges, transmitters, and instrumentation systems. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant Nickel-Copper Alloy 400, this valve manifold provides superior durability in highly corrosive environments such as offshore oil & gas, petrochemical, and marine applications.
Available in R (Remote Mount) and T (Direct Mount) types, the manifold enables safe isolation, calibration, and venting of pressure instruments. Its precision-engineered needle valve stems ensure leak-tight shutoff, while the rugged forged body construction delivers long service life under high-pressure conditions.
Material: Alloy 400 (UNS N04400), excellent resistance to seawater, acids, and alkalis
Type: 3-Way Manifold (R & T Type)
Mounting: Direct mount for pressure gauges or transmitters
Pressure Rating: Up to 6000 psi (414 bar)
Temperature Range: -54°C to +232°C (PTFE packing) / up to +450°C (Graphite packing)
Connection Size: 1/2" NPT, 1/4" NPT, or tube compression ends available
Design: Compact forged body for maximum strength
Applications: Oil & gas, chemical, marine, offshore, instrumentation control systems
