DBB / SBB Double Block and Bleed Ball Valve (Flange x Female NPT, ASME B16.5)

The DBB (Double Block and Bleed) Ball Valve is a high-performance industrial valve designed to provide dual isolation and bleed functionality in a single compact unit. It features two independent sealing surfaces (ball seats) and a middle bleed port, allowing for pressure release, cavity drainage, or seal integrity testing. This design ensures enhanced safety, efficiency, and reliability in critical applications such as oil and gas, chemical processing, and power generation.

The valve is constructed with Flange x Female NPT ends, complying with ASME B16.5 flange standards and ASME B1.20.1 for NPT threads, offering flexible integration into diverse piping systems.

Nickel valve applications: high concentration of alkali and reducing media

Monel® applications: sulfite, phosphoric acid, thermal soda, high temperature halogen and reductive media

Hastelloy® applications: hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, formic acid, phosphoric acid, organic acid, etc
