The NAI-LOK 3/4 Inch Alloy 400 Monoflange Class 2500 Single Block and Bleed Instrument Manifold Valves is designed for high-pressure and corrosive service in critical instrumentation systems. Manufactured from Monel (UNS N04400) - excellent corrosion resistance in harsh environments, it provides exceptional resistance against pitting, crevice, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking, making it ideal for offshore, oil & gas, and chemical applications.
The compact monoflange design integrates block, isolate, and bleed functions into a single forged body, reducing installation space and minimizing leak paths. With a Class 2500 pressure rating, this valve ensures reliable sealing performance, enhanced safety, and long service life under demanding operating conditions.
Typical applications include oil & gas pipelines, petrochemical plants, offshore platforms, and power generation systems where durability and corrosion resistance are critical
