Overview:
The NAI-LOK Monel Monoflange Double Block and Bleed Valve is engineered to provide safe, compact, and reliable isolation and venting for high-pressure instrumentation systems. Made from corrosion-resistant Monel alloy, it features a compact forged body with integrated dual isolation and a bleed function, reducing space, weight, and potential leak paths in process lines. This valve is ideal for offshore, chemical, and high-integrity applications.
Compact DBB Design:
Integrated double block (2 isolation valves) and one bleed valve in a single body
Body Material:
Monel (UNS N04400) - excellent corrosion resistance in harsh environments
Pressure Rating:
Class 1500 to Class 2500 (up to 6000 psi depending on configuration)
Inlet Connection:
ASME B16.5 flanged inlet, available in sizes from 1/2" to 2"

Standard 1/2" NPT female
