The NAI-LOK 2 Way Manifold Block and Bleed Valve is a high-performance instrument valve designed for precise control of fluid systems in industrial, offshore, and laboratory applications. It is engineered to support Male NPT, BSPP, and BSPT connections and can withstand pressures up to 6000 psi. Constructed from Stainless Steel 316/316L, Super Duplex 2507, or high-grade alloys like Alloy 400/625, the valve provides reliable operation under extreme conditions.
The double block and bleed design ensures safe isolation of process lines, facilitating maintenance and pressure testing without system shutdown. Compact, durable, and corrosion-resistant, this valve manifold is ideal for petroleum, chemical, and specialty gas applications, including remote pressure transmitter systems and instrumentation panels.

3.Packing below stem thread isolates the thread lubricant from the media
4.Back seating design protects the packing in fully open position
