Military-Grade Pressure Rating - 1800psi, 3000psi, or 5000 PSIG (344 bar) working pressure, ideal for HPHT (High-Pressure High-Temperature) applications.
Zero-Leak Seamless Design - Cold-drawn tubing ensures uniform wall thickness, eliminating weld failure risks for maximum safety.
Corrosion-Resistant Materials - Standard 316L stainless steel, with optional 904L (chloride resistance), Alloy 625 (Inconel®), Hastelloy®, Monel®, or super duplex steel (UNS S31803/S32750/S32760) for extreme environments.
NACE MR0175 Compliance - Certified for sour service (HS-rich) and chloride stress corrosion cracking (SCC) resistance, making them perfect for offshore and acidic conditions.
Double-Ended Configuration - 1/4" or 1/2" FNPT Female BSPP BSPT ports with needle valve plug protection for secure transport and easy integration into manifold sampling systems.
Quick-Connect & Bubble-Tight Sealing - Pre-installed needle valves and NPT threads ensure leak-free operation.
