Designed for high-performance environments, this manifold features 6, 10, or 12 outlet ways, each fitted with lockable stainless steel ball valves to ensure safety and flow control. Made from durable SS316 or Special Alloy(Inconel®,Monel®,Hastelloy®,Incoloy®,6Mo S31254), the air header provides excellent corrosion resistance, making it ideal for use in petrochemical plants, refineries, power stations, and other industrial gas control systems.Air Header Distribution Manifolds are precision-engineered for industrial applications in chemical processing, plastic manufacturing, and energy sectors. Designed for low-pressure systems (up to 6000 psi and beyond), these manifolds ensure efficient, leak-resistant air distribution while minimizing installation time and labor costs. Outlet ports can be customized to suit various tube and thread sizes. The main pipe body is built from Schedule 40 80 pipe, rated for 6000 psig (414 bar) working pressure. A color-coded handle (red, yellow, or blue) allows for easy valve identification and operation.
