The NAI-LOK Stainless Steel 304 316 Condensate Pot Seal Pot Air Header Distribution Manifold is engineered for precise and reliable distribution of compressed air or inert gases in instrumentation systems. Designed for high-performance environments, this manifold features 6, 10, or 12 outlet ways, each fitted with lockable stainless steel ball valves to ensure safety and flow control. Made from durable SS316 or SS304 stainless steel, the air header provides excellent corrosion resistance, making it ideal for use in petrochemical plants, refineries, power stations, and other industrial gas control systems.
The inlet connection is typically female NPT BSPP BSPT,and outlet ports can be customized to suit various tube and thread sizes. The main pipe body is built from Schedule 40 pipe, rated for 300 psig (20.6 bar) working pressure. A color-coded handle (red, yellow, or blue) allows for easy valve identification and operation.
